Once I receive your online Experience Request, your request will be reviewed and you'll receive a response within 24 hours to confirm that your experience is indeed scheduled. If I have any questions about your appointment, I will reach out to make sure we have enough time scheduled. 72 hours before your appointment you'll be sent a link to verify your appointment, click on it to confirm.  If you need to cancel or change your appointment, including adding or deleting requested services, I require at least  a 24 hour notice. 

 

Finally, you'll receive a courtesy appointment reminder 24 hours before our scheduled appointment.
