Our dedication is to the busy mom and professional woman who wears many hats. She is looking for a salon experience that caters to her individual hair needs and a little emotional support too. Our ideal guest is looking for more than just the average salon experience.
With an exceptional salon experience and amazing technical knowledge as our foundation, our goal is to make each and every guest, both new and loyal VIPs, feel like BChic with Bayyinah is their forever salon home.
When reflecting on our own personal style and experiences, we have created a full salon experience that will meet the needs of the professional woman and busy mom who desires to have amazing hair and a reprieve from the busy day to day responsibilities… if only for a couple of hours.

A note from Bayyinah
My heart's desire and overall goal are to help ambitious hairstylists to fulfill their dreams.
Maybe it’s becoming a salon owner or educator. Maybe you just want to dive deep into your favorite skill set, or technique… or maybe you want financial freedom to build the life that you deserve.
Here’s a little more about me and my journey:

In 1991 I graduated from beauty school, one year after graduating from high school and embarked on a journey that has taught me so much in the last 32 years.

In 2003, I purchased my dream home which had been built 50 years prior with a full hair salon attached to it. It gave a whole new meaning to working from home as a hairstylist. It was perfect.

In February of 2022, I moved into my own boutique salon suite; a double salon suite specifically curated to magnify the guest experience.

Also in 2022, I founded The Successful Seasoned Stylist. A coaching program whose mission is to help ambitious salon professionals reinvent themselves and their business by teaching them how to provide an exceptional salon experience which will help them to attract and retain their soul guests.
I am not looking for just any stylist who’s looking for work…
I’m looking for someone who loves to do natural hair, and absolutely loves making people feel good from the inside out.
Our newest team family member is someone who is ambitious and prioritizes the guest experience and professionalism.
She is someone who is teachable and willing to step out of her comfort zone to reach success and lastly she’s someone who is self motivated and determined to succeed.
