Your Experience begins when you use our online scheduling system to "Request an Experience".  You will receive an appointment confirmation where you can make any changes to your appointment, as needed.

Once received, you'll get a "hello" text from me introducing myself and a request for you to send a few pictures of your hair via text. This helps me to see where you are currently and where you'd like to be to ensure the best possible outcome for you.

Once I receive those pictures, if I have any questions, I'll be sure to reach out. If I don't have any further questions, your appointment request will be approved.

On the Day of your Appointment

You'll arrive at BChic with Bayyinah, nestled just inside of Phenix Salon Suites.  You will park in the parking area in front of Phenix Salon Suites and Bob's Discount Furnitire.  Inside, you will be warmly welcomed as I show you where to rest your coat.   

 

After you've settled in, I will walk you through a detailed consultation where we will work together to discuss all of your hair concerns and goals.  I'll ask a few questions to get an idea of where you are with your hair concerns and your lifestyle, on our way to achieving your desired look.  Feel free to bring pictures of inspiration to give me an idea of what you're thinking about.  Check out my Facebook or Instagram pages too!
