CANCELLATIONS/CHANGE OF SERVICE

A 24 hour notice of cancellation or change of services is required for your scheduled appointment to avoid a late cancellation or change of service fee of $45 payable before you're able to schedule your next appointment.

LATE/NO SHOW

In an effort to provide you with a wonderful salon experience, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled appointment time.  Late arrivals may be cancelled and/or rescheduled after 15 minutes and incur a fee of $45.

PRICING

All prices are subject to change based on length, texture and/or manageability of hair.

CHILDREN

Unless being serviced, children under the age of 12, are not permitted in the salon.

OFFICE HOURS

For your convenience, feel free to schedule or change your appointment online 24 hours a day at www.bchicsalon.com.  You may also call (not text) (732) 809-0700 to schedule during the hours of 10am - 6pm Tuesday through Friday.  Please allow at least 24 hours for calls to be returned.  All calls made outside of business ours will be returned the next business day.

PRODUCTS

No outside products are permitted in the salon.  Shampoos or scalp ointments may be permitted at my discretion and only with a note from your physician.

CONSENT/RELEASE

All guests must sign a consent/release form when receiving any chemical service.  BChic with Bayyinah is not responsible for any hair damage due to chemical and/or color procedures.

PAYMENTS

Cash and major credit cards are accepted for payment of services.
